Armenian Diaspora

Argentina hosts an estimated 120,000–165,000 Armenians, most concentrated in the Palermo and Almagro neighborhoods of Buenos Aires — known as 'Little Armenia' — with the bulk of the community originating from Cilicia, Aleppo, and Beirut, having migrated in two waves between 1909 and 1938 to escape massacres and post-Genocide instability.
