The Armenian Apostolic Church today maintains three monastic brotherhoods: the Brotherhood of Holy Etchmiadzin (the Mother See, near Yerevan), the Brotherhood of St. James in Jerusalem (caretakers of the Armenian Quarter and the Edicule keys at the Holy Sepulchre), and the Brotherhood of the Holy See of Cilicia (now seated in Antelias, Lebanon, after multiple displacements since 1375).
