On Easter Sunday, Armenians play havkitakhagh, an egg-tapping game in which two players strike the tips of their dyed eggs against each other; the player whose shell remains uncracked advances. The tradition exists across Eastern and Slavic Christian cultures, but in Armenian usage it is integral to the Zatik feast.
