The Armenian Apostolic Church has conducted its Divine Liturgy in Classical Armenian — known as grabar — for over 1,600 years, making it one of the world's longest-unbroken liturgical languages still in ceremonial use. Grabar is the language Mesrop Mashtots used to translate the Bible in the 5th century.
